Happy Birthday kiddo!

i've known of you since form 4 (please note that i wrote known of, he was famous back then and still is now hehe) but we finally became friends here in Egypt :) it's so cool that i get to have someone from my recent highschool years with me here (abroad i mean) because though we weren't close back then but we sort of grew up with the same surrounding and friends... so here in Egypt, in a way, he understands how i am a little bit more than everybody else ;) thanks Saddam, for listening to me talk crap at times haha and for helping me out when i needed it. we have quite a few years ahead of us and i really hope we'll remain close till the end wey :))) love yah buddy!

I miss mom and dad. dad called today to talk about stuff and oh oh mom got angry at me a few days ago because i gave her the wrong information about the name printed on my bank card, it's actually Noor Athirah but i told her Athirah Ali(because that's my facebook name and i'm so used to that) and i sorta messed up the process a little. and she said no one wants to layan me and my mistakes 24/7. well that's a first. so... the world doesn't revolve around me, i get it now :P but i'm still gonna go around thinking it does. so whatever.

since a few weeks ago my interest in studies has climbed charts, i'm not sure why but i actually look forward to subjects like pathology and anatomy. the new year's doing me good :) Alhamdulillah.

and i have found a new set of series which totally caught my interest but not so much like 90210 and gossip girl.

i love the singing and the head cheerleader, that's about it.

it's freezing here in my room, i should get a heater. or maybe...it isn't that cold but i just want something new in here.

I can't fix some things

a quick post. it would've been a long one if it wasn't 10.30pm already. anyway... i just wanted to type this out. i had this awesome friend when i was 13, she's the best, she really is, we talk everyday and she knows me best, better than anyone and i love her. i can't really explain what happened mostly because i have no idea what actually happened, things just happened and i regret that it did. we grew up and went separate ways and i'm sorry everyday, every single day, that we're not as good friends as we were before, i miss her so much and i wish we were close again. i can't believe this is hitting me hard now. i just saw her going online on facebook and i'm thinking "oh my god what have i done" :'(

i never wanna feel like this about any of my other friends ever. and no one in the world should ever have to feel the way i do about my old friend. it's awful.

yeah when i was younger my mom would hassle us to write new year's resolution and i would write them because it's fun.

okay so i'm off to to go write them now.

ah hang on, yes, my wishes for the year ahead perhaps?

i truly hope the coming year treats myself and all of you better than the last :)

and if there's something you regret doing or wish you had done differently or wish you had done at all, by all means, start now, you've been given a chance to start anew :)

and i don't know if you guys know this but i'm kinda prone to accidentally bruising and cutting myself. reckless, something i should work on. anyway, i got away this year with, let's see, 2 visible scars, that's okay, kinda better than last year.

yeah, so i think i survived 2009 pretty well, Alhamdulillah.

I just hope i can say the same at the end of 2010, InsyaAllah.
